The M Plot won the 2018 Asia Food Innovation Award

On the 18th July 2018, the Asia Food Innovation Awards, in association with FoodBev Media, took place at Suntec Singapore. We had been announced as the WINNER in the Best Confectionery category!
We are very proud to be recognised as the Best Confectionery Winner by entering the competition with The M Plot Signature Macarons - “Taste of Asia”. The M Plot is known for its creative flavours that blend cultures in macarons. We focus on the unique flavour selection inspired by Asian food cultures, e.g. Singaporean all-time favourite Salted Egg & Curry, Purple Yam, Lychee x White Chocolate and Thai Tea etc., with attractive designs based on each flavour. We explore and experiment bold ingredients combination as well as perfect ratios to achieve the layering flavours, e.g. Salted Egg Yolk with a hint of curry leaf into the classic sweet dessert. Our artisanal macarons are baked with precise techniques to ensure the consistency in terms of size and texture – crispy on the outside but moist on the inside.
