Artisanal Chocolate Candied Orange
​
Crystallized orange peel sticks coated with 60% dark chocolate and sprinkled with cocoa nibs.
It is always a good idea to blend a deep dark chocolate flavour with zesty orange aroma into a confectionery. A bite into a well-tempered dark chocolate and extra crunchy cocoa nibs texture followed by the chewy and aromatic crystallized orange peel in the center, adding up a mouthful of heaven.

Artisanal Pate De Fruits

A traditional French confectionery made with natural fruit puree, no food colouring and no gelatine.
With precise technique and ingredient ratio, our Pate de Fruits have a yielding, pleasant feel when you bite into them. They are not gummy but are firmly tender, solid, and supple. Combine that texture with the slight granular crunch of the sugar they are rolled in and you come away with an irresistible confection.

The box comes in both traditional and unique flavours – Raspberry, Passion Fruit, Calamansi and Kiwi.

Artisanal Chocolate Mendiant

A traditional French confection composed of a chocolate disk studded with nuts and dried fruits.
Well-tempered dark chocolate with glossy surface and clean snap when you break into half are the basic of a good chocolate mendient. To adding up nutty and fruity flavours, we top it with almond, pistachio and tart cherry. It is an extra touch to a chocolate eater.

Nougat
​
A beautiful confectionery with chewy and pillowy textures. Classic Montelimar Nougat has a beautiful milky and creamy taste to it which pairing it well with added pistachio and almond. More option flavours are added to our Nougat box which infused with Pistachio and Raspberry.
